New Movies

So I'm posting because I can't sleep and I have to get up for work in 4 hrs. Go figure. Anyways I just got done watching a couple of new movies.

The first one was Everythings Illuminated which I took from Sondras suggestion and let me tell you, it was fabulous. I cried. I love movies that keep you inthralled and make you think. The cinemetagraphy was also amazing and I kept finding myself wanting to say. Grandfather says this is not possible. Because on top of everything else it made me laugh.

The second one I watched was Sherry Baby. Maggies Gyllenhall was fabulous, and although the movie was excellent, the story, plot, and acting were all good, at the end of the movie I felt that it had ended where it could have been begining.. But then had it done that it would have been a completely different movie all together.

The third movie is
Running With Scissors. I laughed my ass off, and I realized parts of this movie were suspose to be deep, but I laughed and laughed and laughed.

For those of you wondering I have no life. I sit at home and watch movies and do homework. I hate snow so I try to avoid going outside unless I'm feeling extra lazy then I try to at least go and stretch my legs and get fresh air. Well I suppose I should try to sleep peace out.

Monday Night RAW

So last night I went to Monday Night Raw, and realy I never get much into wrestling when I'm watching it on TV. But this is my second time seeing it live and I have to say I realy enjoy it. This time though we were down on the floor right next to the ramp, and although we couldn't see shit in the ring we did get a close up view of the wrestlers coming down the ramp, I definetly prefer to be off the floor because then we don't end up squashed into a tiny square with a bunch of 12 year olds screaming CENA! I will be posting pictures as soon as my battery is recharged. I suppose this post was rather boring I am sick and James is sick probablly from standing out in the cold last night the fact that I went to the doctor yesterday morning and he wrote me sick for the day probablly meant I shouldn't have gone to RAW but we paid alot of money for the tickets way in advance so I sucked it up. otherwise I have been doing math homework and I have to go back to work tomorrow. Woo Hoo The exciting happenings of my life.

Movie Reviews

The Celestine Prophecy
is boring. I loved the book, absolutely loved the book, was taken away by it. I took it for what it was and have actually bought multiple copies and handed them out to people. The movie does not do this beautiful story justice not in the least bit.

Little Miss Sunshine.
I thought this movie was slow paced yet I kept finding myself laughing hysterically throughout the movie, especially at the end. The movie had a warmhearted weirdness to it that you don't find in most books.

The Illusionist.
I loved this movie. It is the only thing I have actually liked Jennifer Biels in and I have always had the hots for Edward Norton, this is an intriguing story and the film is beautifully done.

Saw III
So I used to be a complete horror movie fanatic, but not so much anymore. I more twards mystery and psychological thrillers as opposed to guts and gore. But I have always been intrigued by the Saw movies because they are so well thought out and well executed. The third installment was no disapointement. Although I did ruin the movie for myself by falling asleep 15mn towards the end. Not at fault of the movie and I had to go back and rewatch the ending but it was still fabulous.

The Last Kiss
Don't watch this movie, just don 't. This movie actually encouraged me to get up and start cleaning my extremely m essy apartment.
